Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for products that are:

  • Defective: If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty.
  • Incorrect: If you receive an incorrect product.

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at info@yoohave.com or submit a form within 7 days of receiving your order (Please provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos).
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and specific return shipping label(USPS).
  3. Package Your Return: Carefully package the item in its original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging.
  4. Ship Your Return: Print your shipping label and ship the item out.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to process.

Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom Orders: Due to their personalized nature, custom orders are non-returnable.
  • Used or Damaged Items: Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
